Theme

Unless otherwise noted, submissions should reflect the current issue's theme. We encourage thoughtful, creative, and personal interpretations rather than literal ones.

Multiple poems accepted (Maximum 500 words combined)

Fiction

300–2,000 words

Creative Nonfiction / Personal Essays

300–2,000 words

Flash Fiction

Up to 1,000 words

Visual Art​​​

Digital illustration, traditional artwork, painting, collage, mixed media, photography, and other visual works are welcome.

​

When submitting visual work, contributors are encouraged to include a brief artist statement, caption, or explanation (optional but appreciated).

Original Work Only​​​

The Khaotic Good™ accepts original, unpublished work only.

​

By submitting, you confirm that:

• the work is entirely your own original creation;

• it has not been previously published in print or digital form;

• it has not appeared in another magazine, journal, anthology, or book;

• it has not been published on a personal website, blog, newsletter, or public social media platform;

• you own all rights necessary to submit the work.

Please submit manuscripts as plain documents only.

Do not submit pre-designed pages or magazine layouts. All accepted work will be professionally formatted to match the design and visual identity of The Good Within The Khaos Magazine.
